1、鐫刻滾筒涂層法。刮刀涂層法和滾筒涂層法的連結，外貌崎嶇的鐫刻滾筒的凸部上附有的涂敷液被刮刀刮掉，凹部里的涂敷液被定量轉移到膜布局車棚基布上，二氧化鈦膜質料的涂層即是采取此方法加工的。

1. Engraved drum coating method. 4、焊接的位置四周5m之內不得存在易燃、易爆物品。焊工高空作業(yè)時要戴平安帶，隨身工具及焊條均應放在專門的皮袋中。

6、為了預防弧光輻射焊工，需要佩戴防護面罩（內鑲濾光玻璃）。在公共的地方焊接，須裝配擋光屏。
